you have yet to really sincerely apologize (you've just apologize for me being offended, not for what you actually did).  that'd be a good start.  promising to not do it again is helpful too, so that's good.

You'd never know if I was being sincere if I did!  It'd be nice for a good resolution to this than just holding resentment. I think if you pretend I sincerely apologised and I act like I did then we can get back on track.
