I Want to Believethat paper looks really interesting, i'm just getting back into chem and physics but it looks easy to read so i will have a gander.

Somewhat on the subject of quantum mechanics, have you guys heard of that Black Light Power inc shit and its founder who says there are fractional (sub ground) states of hydrogen (ie 1/p where p=2 to 137 iirc), and that a catalytic reaction of those "hydrinos" can produce 200x the energy as combustion. Short version:

Maybe it's old news by now but I wrote a report ("Babby's fIrst physiks repot: black light pwoer, science or ficition??") on it recently based on their papers. Basically if it's true, we can use water as fuel and explain dark matter (supposedly the hydrinos have the same characteristics as dark matter). And of course a huge part of quantum physics would be disproved. So of course Mills has a lot of convincing to do, especially considering he apparently hasn't found hydrinos beyond the first few 1/p states that supposedly exist. (He only mathematically proved it, but some nobel prize winner or someone called him out on errors in his calculations anyway.) What dost thou think...
i just keep on imagining that episode of the simpsons or something where people are filling up their cars with water at a station
