Wishmoo did a lot more than make phonecalls to some individuals. She had some very serious issues. Some things are pribably left buried in the past and shit.

The phone call story was webbeh, she rang up his school and he got called to the principle's office over it lol

Not just Webbeh. He was one in a list heh. She rang Bart and myself also (although at the time I was 17 and my father really didn't give a fuck about what was going on in my life, so the threat of "I AM GOING TO SPEAK TO YOUR FATHER" wasn't exactly terrifying).

It goes a lot deeper than that though. She did some really fucked up things, including to individuals who she lived in. She took in one of the members of the old rpg2knet crew and ruined his life over the files for some rpgmaker game.

Like the reason it's a sore topic is because she's obviously a person with serious, troubling problems. Yet, in our younger day as a community, a number of us fucked with her in many ways. Like her phoning people etc was usually as a counter to something she felt was wrong (and in my case, she was actually completely in the right). Same with Bart actually - she phoned him about the shit Kaze, DP, I and a few others were doing to some other community sites. The thing with the kid she took in was really fucked up, don't get me wrong, but the provocation of her consistently is something I feel quite guilty about. In actuality, she was a middle-aged woman with obviously not much else in her life, obsessing over a community she'd built online.

And yeah, there were a couple of "moles", but in actuality they just used to see if we were like LIBELLING herself and GGZ lol. She worked in a Lawyer's office, so she was full of delusions about her legal prowess and what she could actually achieve. It was enough to frighten some children, sure, but in actuality now it's just another reason I feel upset and full of pity.

Seriously, the whole thing was basically baiting someone with serious mental health issues. Bart had the right idea from the first phone call, which was "Just stay the fuck away from her". He pretty much laid it down to  the admins here at the time, but unfortunately a lot of us were immature people and decided against following that. Well, DP was actually usually just providing the COOL DUDENESS on any caper rather than being VINDICTIVE like some of us heh.


I didn't want to get into it as it makes me feel like a pretty shitty human being. Sure, she did some pretty abominable things overall, but I don't think there were many people who can stand up and say I AM GREAT MORAL HERO during the period.


EDIT: Like in actuality, if we'd had more POSITIVE links with other community sites in the past...I don't know. Maybe we wouldn't have been such a really hated place.


Oh yeah, I do have a funny memory of the period though. It roughly went me pretending my other was a lawyer, then when she said she'd be speaking to my mother, me saying "I DON'T HAVE A MOTHER" lol. She did actually catch me in a WEB OF LIES at a few points haha, so I think at least she maybe got some satisfaction over the fact that I was just a punk kid with a bad attitude.


Also: "YOU THINK YOU'RE IN THE INTERNET MAFIA DO YOU? YOU THINK YOU'RE THE GODFATHER?!" was another great part where I was pretty embarrassed and didn't know what to say.

I don't think the idea of people getting genuinely upset over others effectively bullying them is particularly funny.

Nor do I think the idea of people having their lives seriously turned upside down funny now. Yeah sure, in the past it was EXCITING and basically involving events going on in otherwise shitty lives, but now it just makes me feel pretty disgusted, from both sides.
