like I said on what's on your mind I got a power conditioner and it's worth it. Basically you can make shit a lot louder (like when you look at the spectrum view)

any reason you can think of why it would happen in Windows (XP) but not in OSX (no buzz at all in OSX, no difference other than operating system).
