interesting, i could see it being something pretty cool if put to video, but on its own it doesn't really seem to go anywhere.  Its experimental and I think for an experiment its interesting, but as far as an actual song or even background music/noise, it kind of just sounds non-descript, and doesn't really build up to anything from what I can tell.  Sounds more like a background beat or something that when placed with a proper melody would be more of an actual song etc

The final track is not audibly in 7/4, as it divides the measure into groups of 3-4-3-4 eighth notes, with each group of 3 sub-divided into 4 and each group of 4 sub-divided into 7, creating a 21:16 tempo relationship between them.
