Styles, you should seriously consider drawing manga. With how much effort you put into this game I'm sure it would be about the same amount of effort.
Draw manga, eh? Sounds like a neat idea, except for my lack of artistic skills, alas. :) Ah... I am fond of RPG Maker 2000, because it's given me the chance I would never have had, to tell a tale like Love and War. But sometimes I find myself pretty frustrated with its limitations. For one thing, subtleties can sometimes just get lost in the mix. When Lavie nervously chats with Ryan at one point or another, how can I show her fiddling with her hair a little, or shuffling in her seat, or examining her shoes? I can't, really. You try to compensate with cues in the dialogue, and portraits, and that kind of thing, but ya can't catch them all. Maybe someday, if I become a multimillionaire, I can go and create Love and War, the manga series/animé series/professional RPG!
Hmm, LAW: The Manga sure would be cool... Even something much more minor, like releasing a number of small self-contained issues covering some of the more important moments in Act I would be awesome. Ah well. A guy can dream, can't he? :)
