Though I'm getting confused on the levels of Hollow. The order and what they look like. Can anyone help me out here?

Here's how I understand it now. There is a type of Hollow called Menos (Grande?), and under that you have:
Gillian - Normal
Adjuhas - More human-like, mostly what the Espada are made up of
Vasto Lorde - Unrevealed as of yet?

Gillian - Normal low level Hollow
Adjuhas - Spelt wrong, don't care. What do these look like?
Menos Grande - The huge black ones with the huge mask
Vasto Lorde - Is this Aizen...? No, that doesn't work, because he's a shinigami first, not hollow. Under the guidelines, wouldn't Aizen technically be a Vaizard?

And to the best of my knowledge it goes like this (weakest to strongest)

Gillian -> Adjuhas -> Menos Grande -> Arrancar -> Espada -> Vasto Lorde

Or am I wrong again? x_x

Anyway, yeah. It seems as though you have got it right. However, I think of it like this;

Gillian: Least human-like. Also the least-intelligent.

Adjuchas: More human like that gillain, and also smarter. More beast-like.

Vasto Lord: The most human-like and the strongest of the bunch. it is the most intelligent as well. and...going from what Hitsugaya said, it seems like Ulquiorra is a Vasto Lord. After all, it was his image that appeared (or something similar. It was all black) when he was explaining the Vastolord and adjuchas.

Aizen isn't a Vaizard, what makes him so powerful is that he has 2X the amount of reutsu(sp) of captain (not sure how though as it isn't explained in the manga) and thus is more powerful then even the Vasto lords (only a bit more powerful then captain class). Which explains why most of the Aduchas and some of the Vasto's are following Aizen (those that don't probably don't like the idea of following a shinigami, even if he has 2X power of captain and wants to destroy Soul society).

It never really explains WHY Aizen has 2X the power...he just does. Also, I believe that Ulquiorra, along with Halibel, Stark and the old man are Vasto Lords. It seems right that the top-tiers would be Vasto-lord level. Can't wait to see their releases as well!

I'm fairly certain that all the Espada are Vasto Lords, if only for the fact that they all maintain a perfectly human appearance. The lesser Arrancar, like the first ones Ichigo, Chad, and Ishida fought when they first entered Los Noches are Adjuhas I'm pretty sure.

Ha ha. man, for a filler episode that was pretty great. if I didn't read the Manga I won't really think I would be able to tell the difference. Anyway, it was good. I'm just wondering how long it's going to last (not that I really care. As long as the fillers are enjoyable then I couldn't care less).

Aye it was a good episode, still shouldn't have ichigo's Getsuga attack nailed a menos in one hit? still we get to see more of the Menos which is a good thing in my opinion.

Well, not really. There COULD be one, and there could just as likely not be any within the ranks of the Espada. Also, where does it say that a Vasto Lord does not have a mask? I only remember hearing that it is "most human-like" of the bunch. I also can't remember it saying that a Vasto Lord is more powerful that Aizen. I heard Hitsugaya saying that it is stronger than an average Shinigami captain, but Aizen is 2X stronger than an average captain,so....

Well, we don't really know anything as of yet. His remaining mask could just be like that to throw us off and make us THINK he is a Vasto Lord.

Okay, my thoughts.

I think the silhouette... SORT OF looks like him. On steroids.

Like, I dunno, I can't really see the similarities. HORN and stuff. I can, but like, I don't think it's him. That would be sweet as, though, if later on Ulqiorra comes out like "I'm a Vasto Lord, motherfuckers!" and kicks some ass. I love Ulqiorra.

Which is about the only thing I can really point out =P  The mask shape is the only thing I really go by, as it looks relatively similar. Also, he has been arrancarized, so I dobt he would look EXACTLY like his hollow counterpart, if you know what I mean. But, like WarV said, every one of the espada (besides Aaroniero) could just as well be an adjuchas.

Woot! Episode 148 is finally out. I'm just gonna go and watch it now and then post my comments when I'm done. =P

It was nice. Can't really complain about it. However, the animation and such could have been better than it was (though it IS filler...so I was not expecting top-notch stuff anyway).  I just can't wait for the Espada fights! 

so long as there not poorly animated you won't be disappointed, i can guarantee it (its very reminiscent of the soul society arc, at least that's what i felt)

I agree. I just can't wait to see The fight with Ulquiorra and the revealing of his rank =P and The second (or whatever) fight with Grimmjow. I think his released form when animated will look pretty good.
