Currently I'm playing Sea of Stars on the Nintendo Switch.

So far I really like it, the battle system is like a combination of Chrono Trigger and the Mario and Luigi games. I hope it sticks the landing.

I got that vibe forom it too, but sadly it tapered out of enjoyment after about 12hrs of playing the game, spend about 5hr twice and by turning it on the 3rd time i jsut ... lost all will to continue it

Right now I'm currently in the middle of playing Trials of Mana. I really like the SNES version of this game, and so far I kind of like the modern remake though it's so heavily changed it might as well be a completely different game. I don't like the English dub however, there were times when I was kind of cringing in my seat listening to it, so I changed to Japanese subs which is a bit better. The gameplay is pretty fun overall, and I kind of like exploring around, collecting treasure and beating up bad guys, going to play a bit more of it tonight.

I've been getting into Balatro, it's an easy game to play on breaks or traveling around. Had my first win over the weekend and it felt good!

Been playing Mechwarrior Online and Minecraft again, with some Super Monkey Ball and other games in between.

I tried Super Monkey Ball Jr. for the GBA because it's the only one I can emulate (I think), but the controls are so bad (because obviously there are no analog sticks) and it feels like one level has an impossible jump. Even with savestates I can't do it

I guess there's some games in the series for the PS2 but not sure if I'd want to get it
