I feel like the dump topic is more specific in terms of stuff that should be put into it, so I thought of making a more general topic for putting whatever in.
This weekend is gonna be my birthday and am pretty hyped for it. Moving ever closer to the big 40   :D :hbd:

I could probably make a topic of what are you watching but i can't be assed to make 400 topics so i'll just put it here.

I've watched:
https://archive.org/details/april-story-1998
April Story
Nice little relaxing slice of life movie about someone moving to Tokyo to follow in the footsteps of someone that she has a crush on.

https://www.imdb.com/title/tt27503384/
Perfect Days
I keep falling asleep while watching this one (i put it on when I'm passing out) but it's a pretty chill movie kind of in the same vein as April Story but I think it's put together a bit better.

I'd like to find more chill stuff like these so if you have any recommendations let me know.

I’m looking forward to your birthday on next Sunday. It’s going to be fun.

I’m really looking forward to playing the gogo town game. It looks like a fun little town building game. It’s kind of an animal crossing vibe.

I want to play more phasmophobia.

Moonlight peaks is another game I’m really looking forward to. It’s another farming sim but it’s gothic and you’re a little vampire gardening at night.

buying a lot of music on Bandcamp. Found this guy, his music is a little repetitive and could use a little more polish but I like it for the most part

https://jorytbw.bandcamp.com/

I bought his whole discography for $15 (not sure what the minimum price was)

Edit: basically I just scanned the new releases for 'ambient' and look for album art that doesn't seem too cheesy, and a few days ago he uploaded something. You get quite a few harsh noise albums tagging themselves as ambient to jumpscare people though

musick

I listened to "Gulp To The Whole Of Life" solely because the title of the album seemed interesting and it was pretty good with some nice sample choices / interesting use of channels.

I haven't played this game in years but had a dream about it so now it's on my mind

I'd like to do some more GW Radio but I'm kinda bored of playing the same old mix of songs.

schools make for good mazes. Maybe that's why I dream I'm back at school so much

I also dream I'm at the library but it's like a combination of my local library and the one at college, as it has a lot of partitions/desks where you can work on your laptop. I don't really work on my laptop outside of the house anymore though, I'm too worried about damaging it and if I were to work on music it'd turn out a lot more than if I use the nice speakers at home

i also use my laptop as my at-home pc too, don't really like lugging it around. maybe I'll try to get a more lightweight computer later down the line for cheap.

also it helps to know that I don't drive, so anywhere I go with my laptop I have to carry it in a backpack and walk or maybe take the bus. I broke the screen on a Kindle that way too

job hunting in 202x sucks more than it did in 201x and I feel like it keeps getting degrees worse rather than better. The hoops get more and more complicated to jump through.

checking out these sites

I feel bad because I could've been listening to this stuff back in college when all I knew about was some CDs to get and some internet radio. I think I did check out Thinner though, which is like minimal techno I guess?
