No, I understand, I thought I read somewhere in this thread that Mamamack was available then too.

However, now that I look at it, it was actually November 17-18 that she had available and NOT next week.

Yeah, we can't do it next weekend (10-11 November) because I've got previous band engagements. 17-18 is still open as I don't have anything going on. 24-25 is also an option but the Saturday night entertainment would mean people freezing their butts off because I'm in the Christmas Parade.

People coming down on Friday doesn't bother me. I'm sure stuff could be done.

Also, I didn't know buses stopped in Kingsville. I thought they had to be in Leamington which is, like, a five minute drive from my place... no matter.

I think it would be better if all of us could get together, so let's re-plan this for another weekend.  Hopefully we can figure something out that works for everyone.

any of those days are fine. I'll have to get some people to cover me-- AND NOW THEY OWE ME!

edit- I'm game for a parade if it comes to that. My mom was in the Royalairs, some Empire state band, and is now in the Scout House... so, needless to say I'm used to/ like bands and parades.

GW Meet is ON HOLD pending the resolution of scheduling conflicts.

SO... 10-11 November are out. 17-18 is all right. 24-25 is all right if you all want to see the parade. My December weekends are free so far as I know. Come January band practice starts but that's always on Sunday late in the afternoon so that shouldn't be a problem.

I might be doing a show with my dad's band one of those weekends, but for the time being I'll say I'm pretty much free.

Yeah so how about this!!

November 24-25: Busy with the parade on Saturday. Hell, I'm busy with the parade stuff right now.
December 1-2: FREE
December 8-9: FREE but finding a sitter could be a problem
December 15-16: Busy with family Christmas stuffs
December 22-23: Busy with family Christmas stuffs
December 29-30: Possibly FREE but it all depends on what the family is doing for New Years
January 5-6: FREE
After that I have exactly ZERO free weekends until (gasp) September of 2008. I could probably do a meet in the winter but I'd have to miss band practice and if I don't go to practice then... well, I'll catch shit for it.

I really want to do this, folks. What say you?

As far as I know I'm busy on November 25th, and then I'm free until December 10th and then it gets a little hazy as to when I'll be busy.  So I'd prefer doing something sooner than later although I might be free for the first half of January.

I'm free up until December 21st onwards.

Then I'm busy until January 5-6.
