WHO IS FUCKIN EXCITED FOR THE OFFICE

I know I am, and VB, Rowain, Bart, Steel, JOJOFACE, jamicus and a bunch of other people keep up with this show too.

WHAT IS THIS THEOFFICE??

Quote from: 'Wikipedia
The Office is an Emmy and Peabody Award-winning[1] American television comedy that debuted on NBC as a midseason replacement on March 24' date=' 2005. The show is about the daily lives of office employees in the Scranton, Pennsylvania branch of the fictitious Dunder-Mifflin Paper Company. Although fictional and scripted, the show takes the form of a documentary, with the presence of the camera often acknowledged.[/quote']

GIMME MOREO FFICE

http://www.nbc.com/The_Office/ - I recommend everyone visit the official Office website as frequently as possible. They put up a ton of shit including previews, interviews, special web-exclusive episodes, etc.

www.creedthoughts.gov.www\creedthoughts - Anyone who enjoys the show and loves the character of Creed will enjoy the hilarious weekly blog that "Creed" posts about his life and the world around him.

HEY WHATS GOING ON I FORGOT EVERYTHING (too much *puff& 420/7))

We left the Office with a hunt for the Job at the Stanford branch. We find out that Ryan, the temp, got the job. This means Jim and Pam are still a possibility. Of course, fans such as myself are more interested in the Dwight-Angela relationship, which is just beginning to heat up after a season with such antics as Angela whoring herself out to Dwight in a hotel room, etc.

Here is the summary of the next episode which premieres TODAY (Sept. 27, 2007) at 9PM/8PM Central on NBC

Quote
Fun Run
THE RUN FOR THE CURE-SPECIAL ONE-HOUR PREMIERE - A freak accident causes Michael (Golden Globe winner Steve Carell) to feel the office is cursed. He explores the religious beliefs of his employees before deciding to hold a charity 5K fun run. Meanwhile, further developments in the romances of Pam (Jenna Fischer) and Jim (John Krasinski), and Dwight (Rainn Wilson) and Angela (Angela Kinsey) are explored. B.J. Novak, Melora Hardin, Ed Helms, Leslie David Baker, Brian Baumgartner, Kate Flannery, Oscar Nunez, Phyllis Smith, Paul Lieberstein, Mindy Kaling, Craig Robinson and Creed Bratton also star.

Everyone should watch the summer vacation clips on the site too because well...

"I found out I had grandkids... and kids." - Creed

All of them are hilarious, but specifically creed's and stanley's.

I lost interest mid first season. For a show as hyped as this.... it's pretty slow and boring.

in the summer vac vids he talks about how he read Ayn Rand, has a goatee, and rambles about how much money he'll make.

Oh, wow. I'm very pleased with how the handled the Pam/Jim thing. That was classy. There was a big chance to jump the shark by going with either of the outcomes that seemed most likely, but this manages to grant some closure without screwing up the dynamics of the show.

Well played, The Office. Well played.

EDIT: They seem to be addressing it more now, but it still seems to be handled fairly well. I liked the idea of the thing, though.

you know it wasn't bad, really. i can barely tolerate jim and pam together, though. but i've never liked jim much.

it was a funny episode. there was some gross crap like andy's bleeding nipples. don't need that, and usually when shows turn to gross jokes like that it's a sign that it's going downhill but there was still more than enough decent stuff in this one plus the fact it was an hour long. they've totally changed jan and ryan, though. ryan maybe less so. jan is a real disappointment. she's just psycho girlfriend. oh how hilarious.

you know when this show started for some reason i didn't like kevin, but everything he says now gets me laughing. and most of the time when he isn't saying anything i'm laughing, too.

dwight and angela's little story was pretty funny, too. i hope those kids can work it out cos i love their conspiratorial scenes (there was a great one near the start of this episode)

the main problem i had with jim and pam in this was that they were just running around making snide comments for an hour. it got more than a little grating. the thing that has always saved them was that while they realised the people around them are ridiculous, they still treated them like people at the end. this time they were just a couple of smarmy pricks, running around congratulating themselves for being so wry and clever. i'm not even happy for them. well, maybe pam a little cos she's going wild and totally letting her hair down.

but yeah it was cool. even though they've changed ryan, i'm interested to see him be a total asshole.

edit: also angela is getting better all the time. like kevin i never liked her at first now i think almost everything she says is funny.

...What?

I liked this episode. I thought it was pretty funny! I agree with Andy, that was just weird, but Kevin and Jim and Pam and everything came together nicely. Also Micheal hitting Meredith was freaking hilarious.

Dude I completely agree. I've noticed I feel this way every now and then, where jim and pam slip into fucking irritating 'we know what the other characters are doing is stupid/annoying and we are LAFFING AT THEM WITH THE AUDIENCE *wink wink*' mode. It's a tiny gripe in what was a pretty good episode.

This episode felt fairly different to other episodes too, pace wise. Most episodes would have a camera linger on a character during or after an awkward situation, or an extended reaction shot (I think these are gold btw) wheras this episode rushed through alot of the jokes. A perfect example of this is where Pam sees Michael's penis in his office (a joke that felt superfluous and didn't really add anything.), I would have expected Pam and michael to not make eye contact, generally avoid each other, for the other office workers to be even more disgusted at him, and for Michael to act like a bitch towards Pam, but instead Michael just immediately brings it up then mention it casually to each other for the rest of the episode.

Biggest laugh was when Creed asks Merideth what medication shes on, then rattles off a list of perscription drugs, getting more and more excited as he goes.

The part with Jan and Pam was really dumb

I think they're trying too hard to have hour long episodes! I mean, I was happy about it at first but if it's just going to get stretched and ruined (like michael's animal god) then it's probably better at half hour.

Yeah, they can't go around contributing little more than snide remarks and acting like they're better than everyone else. Keep up behavior like that and we'll have to adopt them as honorary GW members!

There has been a serious lack of pranks by the two and like everyone else is saying too many snide comments. The Pam and Jim I like are the ones who use to make the boring office interesting. Now it seems like everything interesting is happening somewhere else.
