It's a guaranteed dizzy, and supposedly has infinite blockstun if they block it and you keep doing it but no confirmation yet. This should prolly bring Fuerte up to middle tier prolly since everyone says he sucks. pretty neato inf tho imo.

Note this would take like 40 reps to K.O. akuma, the guy with the lowest stam in the game, so.

It's Dimps & Capcom. Dimps is basically made up of people from Capcom's old days, so it's basically just Capcom.

Also apparently the devs knew about this inf but kept it in so fuerte could be competitive, til they could find a way to do so otherwise (since they were being rushed). I wouldn't be surprised if Viper has one too...)
