I don't know what's causing it, I believe it started appearing after I did a Spyware Doctor scan. SD removed some things but I don't have it anymore.

I've checked regedit and msconfig, but couldn't find anything fishy.

Any ideas?

It looks like it was some sort of spyware, that got partially removed, but the entry to allow it to autostart at Windows load remained.  Recheck the Start Up portion of msconfig to see if you can find the same file, also check your Start->Programs->Startup Folder.  If it is not in either of those, the entry is likely in your registry, and since most people don't like to go snooping around in there, I would just try Ad-Aware and Spybot S&D to ensure it is gone.

Well after a quick glace what i think is happening, is that you had a "hijacked" IE that some spyware was using. SD got rid of the hijacked IE but didnt get rid of whatever is trying to access it. Not sure what. Try running scans with AdAware and Spybot, to see if they pick up any remnants.

Damn, literally like 30 seconds off and you both said the same thing.  Thanks d00ds.

EDIT:  Ad-aware didn't find anything.

Try finding a registry cleaner program.  I'm sorry, but I don't know of any good ones off of the top of my head.

Try CCleaner. It has a registry scanner thing that is designed to fix "registry issues", not remove spyware, but if the registry key is broken it might find it (also CCleaner is an awesome program).

Use Spybot SEARCH AND DESTROY.

Also, there you can control Startup entries directly and it also allows you to immunize from future infections.

I tried the spyware cleaner, and CCleaner, it still does it.

It's really annoying.

open up msconfig and check to see what's in the start up.

Google each entry to find out more about it.

Short of reformatting it, we have told you everything you can possibly do to get rid of it.

Yes but spybot gives a short description of the file and hints as to what it could be based on a database.
Also, still spybot provides future inmunization.
