Some of Joe Satriani's stuff is pretty soothing. Same with Imogen Heap. Darkness by Disturbed is pretty calming too.

Anything post-rock related is great for sleeping. Especially the ones that have that really "trancing" quality to them.

I usually sleep to Explosions in the Sky. It is pretty relaxing and puts me out fast.
