Great to be here! I am very interested in game design.

I'm currently working on an RMXP game, Phantom Gunner, but there's this one game idea that I've always wanted to make real. So I'm wondering---can one construct a team for game projects?

Welcome to GamingW. Try posting in People Power & Advertisement, but elaborate a lot more in your topic, what exactly you need, what the game is about, etc. Oh and read the rules in the PP&A forum to better understand what to post, and what not to.
