Even under the administrator account? I've seen systems pretty incapacitated after installing daemon tools, but I was usually able to take care of it by going into safe mode and removing it from the services listing. If you still can't get in, I would say a reinstall of windows would be in order. Not a big loss because all your files will still be there. Just choose to overwrite the existing operating system, and leave the file system "as is" and don't format it. All your programs and saved files will still be there, but you'll have to reinstall a good portion of them to get them to work on the new OS install.
