well I wasn't talking about forgetting about people's EXISTANCE, just that it's quite easy to forget that such and such member switched positions from mod to premium or whatever. Like, you can think "oh yeah Kaworu is my least favorite member OH SHIT he was a mod for a few months (*changes worst mod nomination to Kaworu*)
