Red Alert to C&C95 mod*



I recently found a slew of RA mods on an old backup disk of mine.  On it was a RA to C&C95 conversion mod that, basically, modifies Red Alert to play like original Command & Conquer (Tiberian Dawn  ... or something).  This was achieved by modifying the rules.ini and added a bunch of mix files.  Since the new(ish) release of the First Decade game pack, I've gotten back into the games.

The conversion is pretty faithful to the original, with the following exceptions:

-There is no ion cannon (impossible to add new super weapons)
-tiberium does not damage infantry
-I added navel bases and shipyards to be able to construct sea transports (and GDI gets their gunship!)
-Nod doesn't have an airstrip but has a weapons factory
-building airstrips gives you access to A10 Warthogs

Just plunk all the files in the main directory of your Red Alert installation, then play RA normally (like skirmishes).
