Its shocking there isn't a topic on this movie (well i only checked the first 2 pages to be honest). But yeah I went and watched it today. Surprisingly it was REALLY good imo. I loved it from the beginning to the end. It did have its stupid moments such as
when they were being chased by the bad guys through london causing ruckus on the streets, and how there weren't any cops whatsoever in the 10 min scene, and then all of sudden in a different scene some how the FBI finds out they are at the congress library and a whole army of cops comes to their locationThe movie didn't really feel much like a sequel per say, more like a different adventure with the same setting and characters. It did however
in the end leave to a conclusion that there will be a part 3 of National Treasure. It was all about the whole "page 47" deal that was going on with the president. I didn't really like the antagonist in this movie. Don't get me wrong, Ed Harris (Enemy at the gates, The Rock, truman show, A beautiful mind, Apollo 13 etc) is a great actor and he is an awesome villian, but the character in this movie he played didn't appeal to me much. It was kinda sad
how he died. not sad in the emotional sad way, but more in the pathetic way. He really didn't DO much if you get my meaning. He just sort of comes in, chases them, kidnaps cage's chars mother, they all meet up, and then he dies saving them all (sort of). He doesn't even kill anyone !!!! but then again lol.....What I didn't like a lot was the fact that they were able to infiltrate all these high security places so easily. I mean when
they went to the whitehouse and buckingham palace there was like....no security whatsoever. its as if there were no cameras in the building.
All in all, I liked this movie. It was fast paced and didn't get boring much.
ALSO
before the movie, there was a short disney cartoon about Goofy and it was called "how to setup a home theatre system''. This was filled with satire and i loved it

so has anyone else seen it? howd you like it?
