I have recently purchased a domain name and web space and the tool they have given me to work with is the Interworx-cp.
I am wondering if anyone has any history using this or something like it? It seems to be some sort of control panel but what I need to know is how I am able to take a layout from say DREAMWEAVER (old) and put it on the site using the cp? I understand this question makes me sound like a huge series of tubes but a friend of mine is designing the page with some sort of program (whatever the new dreamweaver is) and I need to know how to add this to my site.
Also what is a good forum system to use and how would I upload that there as well? Thanks.

You need to upload it using FTP.
If you don't have FTP access, get a new host.

As for forums... Use SMF. (What GW uses)
Even without the mods GW has, they're the best available, I'd say. (And free)
