Woah man, that is OVERKILL.
I built my machine with only $600(minus the OS, DVD Drive and sound card), and it's the same as yours.
First off, get rid of that motherboard. There is absolutely no need for a 780i, seeing as 3 graphics cards in SLI won't be compatible for games for a LONG time. Go with a Gigabyte or something similar to that. Seriously, you really don't need that motherboard at all. You can overclock your processor the same amount with a $100 cheaper board.
As for the case, I would go with one of these:

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811129025The P182 will give you great cable management, and it's quiet as hell. The Antec 900 has some room for some additional fans though.
That's a great graphics card you picked out though. I would go with an 8800GT, but spending a little extra for the new 8800GTS is definately worth it. It also has much better cooling, which is good for overclocking.
Power supply....once again, you don't need all of that. I bought a $60 power supply(550 SLI Ready) and it works great for my 8800GT and Q6600. For you though, I would go with one of these:

The processor you picked out is incredible. I have a Q6600 with the G0 and it's amazing. You can easily overclock that thing to 3.4ghz with proper cooling.
Everything else sounds good. really though, you don't need to spend more than $1000 for a great gaming computer. I'm able to play Crysis on ultra high with my system. So you're definately going overboard right now. Make some adjustments, and post on some other forums to get some opinions as well.
