Hell there are music LESSONS for deaf people.  Even if they write a song for themselves they are writing for deaf people.

we dont get enough geetar solo driven techno music
there is industrial lies by cybotron and two other songs by them but i don't know any other guitar driven techo or whatever. i don't really listen to techno so i don't know if people do this or not, but i think it would be a neat idea.

Ya, I don't think there is very much people haven't done. But the country/ hiphop and rock/gospel type mash ups seem to be the least.

Why man? Rock/metal opera is just creating characters to sing the separate parts... it's still rock/metal. The same can be applied to any genre that has lyrics.

Actually this exists. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rap_opera

I don't know how that'd work, although I have rapped over a beat which sampled Opera. Was a while back now.

Well I think it's been a long time since artists were willing to strictly and narrowly define themselves by one genre so . . . I'm going to say Rock.

that's because rock as a term doesn't mean anything specific and even then, The Hold Steady.

this topic kind of sucks shit btw.

HOW ABOUT...DOOM RAP?
