Also man those were a fun couple matches, Mat and Steve! I was laughing when Lucario got a Hammer, Star, Curry, and Pokeball right after another.

Yeah, they were pretty fun. Especially situations like that.

There was one match when so many pokeballs kept spawning and one of you kept getting it (Whoever was playing Wolf at the time). I remember the climax of the match with Lucario hanging on the ledge as Lugia appeared and just engulfed him with that huge gust of ice wind, giving the win to Wolf. Good times!

Sometimes it's actually fun to go out first and observe the finish of the match - because you get to see more and not just pay attention to yourself.

Also, Belross and other people who were supposedly online just now - did you guys add me because the only 2 people I saw online were Cheesy Doritos and Steve. I did fight Bob (Jesus) earlier in the evening - it was fun, much slower and more methodical, but definetely enjoyable.

Also also yes Riptor I hate that stage with such a burning passion it's amazing.

Man I've said this 20 times but this game is so fun. It's amazing to play, but then the experiences you get from playing it with other people is great, too.

The Mario Bros. stage does suck. Your characters are so small and it looks shitty, sigh....I also am slightly annoyed by the "Ashley's Song" of the Wario Ware Inc. stage. Oh, and also G and W's special move where to turns into an octopus. On a more positive note, what is everyone's favorite stage so far? I tend to like to keep it simple, so maybe Battlefield. Delfino Square is good, too, and it brings back memories from me trying to get a fast time on it on the DS.

EDIT: What are some good tactics to utilize when you knock your opponent offstage and he tries to get back on?

After playing some matches with my roommate, and a couple against Mateui, I'm starting to really like Diddy. Toon Link is fun too but I can't use the character worth shit in the lag.

Also, favourite stage so far is Bridge of Eldin or whatever it's called.

I enjoy Bridge of Eldin and most of the old Melee stages. There's an excellent glitch with Jigglypuff in the former.

I think so, but I'll check next time I'm on.

I don't stick to one character either. I try to pick as wide a variety as I can, and will occasionally use the random option. However, my most common choices (in no real order) are Dedede, Zelda, R.O.B., Toon Link, Ike, and Mario. I should probably work on a character to counter all the Marths what will be in the tourney though, which will probably be... Marth. :x

Although I do enjoy Bridge of Eldin, especially without its center.

Uploading a few videos of myself and Wak playing that we had tonight. Starting to pick up on Lucario now, but he's so weird. It fucks me up to not have a killing move until I'm around 80% myself. He's still top tier material imho, and he can do some bullshit KOs as you'll be able to see once they're done uploading.

Mostly traded with him, out of the videos, he won 3 and I won 2 (one was complete bullshit tho and I shouldn't have won it). Did the most awesome desperation situation ever tho and it worked and it's hilarious to see.

You do know everyone has a spike in Smash now thanks to footstool jumps right?

Really? I tried spiking with Luigi, and Dedede, but I haven't had much luck... I found another alternative for a Spike for Dedede, and found two for Lucas...
