That’s right, you have the young gaming with the old(er), white people gaming with black people, men and women, Asian countries gaming with the EU, North Americans gaming with South Americans. Much like world sporting events like the Wolrd Cup, or the Olympics will bring together different nations in friendly competition, (note the recent Asian Cup; Iraq vs. Saudi Arabia, no violence there) we come together. The differences being, we are not divided by our nationalities and we do it 24-7, and on a personal level.

We are a community without borders and without colours, the spirit and diversity of the gaming community is one that should be looked up to, a spirit and diversity other groups should strive toward.

i think that i need to explain how all of this went down

this all started with a harmless joke of changing alexander morou's name to police inspector alexander morou because of his seriousness and attentiveness on the mod forum. ok so i changed his name and linguar suspected it was jester due to something else that just happened on the mod forum so i decided to use the opportunity to frame jester for the name change (even though he cant change names) as a joke. after some time linguar found out that it wasnt jester and i felt that it was time for the joke to end and told it was me and said i would take full responsibility for the joke and as an another joke unadmin'd myself (was supposed to last for like few mins). but then sarah suggested on irc that i should post a resignation topic on general as a joke. so i thought yeah why not this is enough fucked up joke already so that's how this topic got made. now after sometime dada said that wouldn't it be funny if he posted that "that's what you get for posting child porn on the zoo" and on spur of the moment we all thought yeah hahaha that'd be awesome go for it without really thinking of it at all. so here we are some people actually thinking i would upload child porn on the zoo (and i really need to ask you people what the fuck i thought you knew me better than that

i guess you cant trust anyone on the internet)

so basically this all started from a harmless joke amongst the mods and due to some fucked up progression ended up in me resigning due to posting child porn. this topic alone as a joke is not funny but when you think of the big picture it's pretty funny and everyone who's been on irc today from the start knew it was a joke i just didn't think that anyone would take this seriously but apparently some people did so sorry........

as an apology i will code a tagging system for the site during today.
