Ok so now do you think this is a good build? what should be swapped for another component?
what should be added.

I have a 600w 2x rail @12v Power supply so i dont NEED to buy a new one.

The only things i would change with more money would be get the GTS GPU and maybe the 3.0Ghz 4x core ($1799.99)  but thats about it ...
your suggestions?

Ps: dont link to newegg as i cant order from there being Canadian and all :/

Looks like an okay build, but I have some suggestions/questions.

Do you really need the 2x2GB RAM? I mean unless you're upgrading to 8GB, it really isn't worth it. Most games and applications don't use more than 2GB. Plus 2GB sticks cost a lot more than 1GB.
Now with that motherboard, you could just overclock your Q6600 like I did with mine. It's not worth it to buy a 3.0ghz quad core, my Q6600 is at 3.4ghz with simple cooling. I'm not sure if your CPU cooler would overclock as high, but this is what I have:

As for the case, the CM690(which I also have!) almost always has some sort of discount on some website. Right after I bought mine for $50 they had huge discounts, some starting at $30 USD. So if you can, keep on the look out for them.
Everything else seems fine. I'm a budget guy so I don't buy sound cards and all of that, I just use onboard which works great if you have a good motherboard like yours.

Looks great, though I just have to have a creative sound card in my system. Besides that I can't say much. Maybe make it a SLI mobo too while you're at it? If you're into that.

You can also be cheap and price match all your stuff with Canadian stores through NCIX, lowering the cost quite a bit.

http://www.shopbot.ca/
Is great for canadian stores.
I searched a few on there for ya.

http://www.directcanada.com/products/?sku=10530BD0986&vpn=P5K&manufacture=ASUS
They will pricematch that.
http://www.tddirect.ca/products/113805/Intel/BX80562Q6600/
And that.
http://www.directcanada.com/products/?sku=11130AC2711&vpn=RC-690-KKN1&manufacture=COOLERMASTER
And that for a few $.
http://www.tddirect.ca/products/114624/HT_Omega/STRIKER_7_1/
And your sound card.
http://www.directcanada.com/products/?sku=14040DR3295&vpn=SH-S203S/BEBN&manufacture=Samsung
DVD.
http://www.directcanada.com/products/?sku=10450AC4602&vpn=FREEZER-7-PRO&manufacture=ARCTIC%20COOLING
Fan.

They won't pricematch anything with rebates or that is on sale. But you'll save like crazy with just those.

Just use the pricematch button when you order. I've never had them deny any online from directcanada or tddirect. (And have pricematched full computers like this.)

Also look at the sale page:
http://www.ncix.com/promo/promosale.php?webid=easter2008
They have sneaky sale urls for a lot of the products you posted. They're usually the same price as the pricematch ones.
