oh what. you see there are maps that have features similar what you described but they are designed to basically EMULATE PLATFORMING GAMEPLAY in soldat (climb maps).

whenever you've downloaded and unzipped it just move the files in the MAPS and TEXTURES folders to the MAPS and TEXTURES folders in your soldat directory and then you should be good to go!
