Hello. I'm on Ubuntu linux using Hamachi w/ ghamachi GUI, and I successfully started up a virtual LAN with my XP desktop. I can connect to the desktop, and I can even browse one of the shared folders, but I have no access to the C:\ drive. When I try to open it, it asks me for a login password. None of my accounts have passwords, so I don't know why it does this. I even enabled the C:\ folder to be shared in the XP preferences, but it still does this.

I am mainly trying to get file and printer sharing possible via Hamachi, since I have no viable alternative to creating a LAN (no access to my router; apartment complex).

I also am having trouble accessing my linux drive at all from XP...gives an error message saying that (virtual lan ip address) is not a folder.
