I always wondered why midway made women with facial hair

I really don't know how or why people are excited over this game. I really mean this. Even I used to like the 3D Mortal Kombats, but they just DON'T CHANGE and the more you play them, the more you realize how horribly broken and flawed the fighting systems are.


I remember just before Armageddon came out, Ed Boon said that the next Mortal Kombat would be a "fresh start to the series" and would essentially be a reboot of everything Mortal Kombat. Um.. Was he lying, did they change their plans, or is this their idea of rebooting MK?

WHAT HAPPENED???

Did they really run out of ideas!? Man, if they are this desperate to make a good game, they should hire new people to do the story and fighting system!

For the fighting system, fuck, poach guys from Capcom or Nintendo or... ANYTHING BUT MIDWAY!

And I could singlehandedly make a better storyline for the next MK than some clash of superheroes fanservice crap. Anyone at GW could do better.

Why am I.. Even writing this.... Mortal Kombat is already halfway in it's own grave and has been since that horrible Mortal Kombat 4.

I am excited for this because MK has for (except for UMK3) always been one of those games where its like "so bad its good", and if you have even a remote idea of what good game design is, you get to laugh your ass off for like, 1000 hours at it because every second you play you find something that is SO BAD you wonder how anyone even slightly experienced at making games could have done it.

People in G&D could make a better Mortal Kombat than Midway.

The whole lots of blood and big boobs concept doesn't work if the face that carries the boobs looks like a man. Seriously I can't apreciate that cleavage cause the face obscures everything, if you keep the face hidden she looks like a girl but once you scroll up it's like OH GOD MY EYES. Seriously just put paper bags and masks over all their faces already cause they DO look better that way. Imagine what the DC Comic females are gonna look like... I think they hire trans people to model the female faces as a sick joke.

I just got around to watching that little gameplay trailer thing. I don't know how they did it, but the fighting looks WORSE than it did in Armageddon.

The only way to look at that image is to start from the bottom and slowly scroll upwards.

Even when you know what to expect the impact is not lost.

Mortal Kombat is really only "cool" for very young people. I remember when I was like... Not even 10 years old and I saw the first Mortal Kombat. I shit my pants. THEY WERE TEARING HEADS OFF AND DECAPITATING EACH OTHER. When you're an adult, you realize that it's just stupidly pointless violence that is only used as a REALLY bad selling point.
