Me and my buddies on halo wanted to make a video portraying(in a comical way) an assult on a terrorist camp by a delta force squadron.

My opinions: Me and Omega were studdering alot and our acting was for comical reasons. Why you ask? We are not REALLY terrorists, we are american so all we know about terrorists is that the bomb shit and are consistantly trying to kill america. We took that concept and made it sort of comical. Also we say alot of shit about bush but rest assure, we don't mean it. As for those who acted the delta force, they did a great job! Could have been a bit better but i liked it, it was sure as hell better than me and omega's acting. Mini GSP filmed the whole thing as an oracle so sorry that the hud is not invisible and that the quality is bad, he will try to fix those and upload a better quality version. Mini GSP was responsible for other halo films like halo 2 randomness and all have been good. This is the first of his videos I starred in and i had fun doing it. I hope you enjoy and again i am sorry for the lackluster acting, camera, and quality.

If it was your first time making a halo movie and you had absolutely no movie experience whatsoever than you would do the same. If you can't take other peoples opinions when you post something up for public viewing, SHUT UP!

Seriously, if you put a Halo 3 amateur vid in a film forum then you can't really expect everyone to go ^_^ great job! Just take the criticism into consideration and take it with grace, or don't post it in the first place.

thanks, but it's clear that many people dislike me for many topics I made*cough*some mods*cough*. I am working on my acting and am urging my friend to find a way to remove the HUD from the film.

Okay, if you want some SERIOUS CHRITICISM [sic] here goes.

1) The camera angles are ALL WRONG, it's always following from behind the players. Where's the panning of the environment, shots from the front, artsy shots etc?

2) You're trying to be serious and yet trying to be funny. Don't. It's not comical enough (or funny) to make us laugh, and you're all too busy laughing over voice chat to take it seriously.

3) Furthermore on the voicechat front..you're all quite muffled. Half the time it's hard to even make out what's being said, and the other half you lot don't even know what you're saying and you're making it up as you go along.

4) WHAT IS WITH THE RANDOM MUSIC AT THE END? And why show a shot of someone driving a 'hog and getting stuck against a post..that's neither interesting nor funny.

You did address a little of this in the OP, but as I've said it's not comical at all so don't try and pass it off to excuse the "lackluster acting, camera, and quality"

And OnEsHoTkIlL794 is a terrible name.

You'd just shoot each other and be done with it.

That's the best criticism by far in this topic and you were lucky to even get it. And you're complaining about it? Instead of getting all offended when someone gives you harsh criticism, examine it and see how you can improve. You even have the right to disagree, but going "GOD YOU'RE HARSH" only makes you look like an idiot.

Nobody here hates you and I don't even think you're a bad member or anything. It's just that you have to take criticism when its given and roll with the punches. Nobody here is out to get you, just learn from the experience and move on.
