Hey, since there is a Canadian GW meet in the work I thought I'd try my luck/get my paedo on at seeing if anyone is interested in a meet in the UK?

I am 20/M/ - Bristol based most of the time and it's pretty easy for me to get to London etc.

Yeah but you just got a job buddy. I would suggest you guys plan this for august because then I MIGHT -emphasis MIGHT- be able to drop by for a day or two. Also most people have time off work/school, and bm will have some money

Maybe I'll be a stowaway on Sarevok's return flight and make an appearance at the britmeat.  Just as long as I don't get caught by airport security.

Perhaps somewhere in the Midlands rather than London? Means everyone can travel there easily and as an added bonus no londoners!

But yeah, Manchester/ Sheffield might be best given their train links.

You're joking right? This is a website full of students, most people can't even afford the trains and have to get coaches. Of course, you realise just about everybody would have to travel THROUGH LONDON to get on a coach to the midlands, from pretty much anywhere in the country?

hmm, that's not very effective. try taking hogwarts to cocklesbury, through devonshire and yorktown. if you reach the hog and bladder pub you've gone too far. also, blimey.

Whut? Why would you need to go south to then go to the Midlands? There's way more of the country above London than below it.

If I want to go to birmingham, I'd have to catch an hour train south to london, then change to get one to birmingham (which does actually go through my town's station... just not stop at it *_*)

But yeah I'd just then decide to fuck birmingham and spend the day in london.

I've only ever been to the motorshow or the platforms at New Street in Birmingham. I could do Manchester if I was at home up North but Brum is more central. I just don't know what there is to do there....

London kicks ass cause it is worth travelling to go there and buy buy buy.

Well, if it did end up a London thing, suppose I could crash at my mate's if it's from late July onwards.
