Our new tech administrator just put up two neat features that have been down for some time

http://www.gamingw.net/pubaccess/ -The pubaccess uploader lets anyone with an account upload images and sometimes sounds and other files under a certain file limit! Neat!

In addition, we came up with a better plan than splitting the staff account between all of us; we'll figure out user submissions later but soon we'll have a better functioning mainsite, also thanks to Jeff Boldgloom.
