After much contemplating I've decided to return. Very few of you knew me before my leaving, and those of you who did regarded me as an idiot and a troll. I've made it my choice to embrace GW for what it truly is a meltingpot of unique individuals with varying talents and abilities.
And having this be my first post as the 'new' Zengage I swear that I will try my best to become a helpful and respected member of this community.
It's good to be back I just hope I will fit in better this time round.
As suggested I'm going to give a little bit of information about myself.
Music has been around me all of my life, I'm actually partially deaf thanks to my parents playing music a little to loud while I was in my infantile years.
My genres of preference are indie rock, classic rock, metal, power metal, alternative, and many bands which I wouldn't know what to call. Two of these being the Muse and Grateful Dead.
Currently I'm being forced to live in a small town known as Squamish. It has great hiking trails and is world renowned for its mountain biking trails. To bad I don't do either. Also its only like an hour drive from Vancouver.
I'm very open to almost any type of video game. I always approach a game with lowered expectations, thatway I can find something good in even the largest pile of shit. My genres of choice are Arcade style beatemups, arcade fighters with Marvel versus Capcom being my favorite. I enjoy shooters but normally for the multiplayer aspect not the story. I'm open to jap-games but most of those are only fighters.
My hobbies consist of Roleplaying, Gaming, Reading literature, enjoying music, and drinking fine coffees. I'm also very prone to getting drunk.
As I've grown older my mind has slowly slipped away from television and anime, but I still enjoy it. This summer I'm actually planning on going to an Anime Convention in August. The convention is called Anime Evolution and has been rather fun for me the past few years I've gone. Although there is one problem... Many of my friends want me to cos-play with them.
I've been lurking Gaming World for a number of years now. I've been around since the first release of A Blurred Line, I didn't officially join until about 2006, but my posts were few and very far between and ranged more to the side of trolling. But now I'm back again and I've decided that its time for me to clean up my act and try to make something of myself around these parts.
