I knew someone would recognize that load screen.

I'll just go ahead and give it to Dead Phoenix. It was actually Disgaea, but Nippon Ichi has used that same Load Screen for every one of their tactical games as near as I can tell, so I thought people'd be able to get it a lot faster than they have been, if only because I figured that it'd be cut down to four choices in the first few minutes.
