I think I will give it to Yosh because he did not guess 3 times. Also that is the USA name and this name probably lead to it's down fall the real name is constructor: street wars. I don't like the name mob rules why releases a sequel to a game that dose not Carry the name of the previous game why do a a fucking thing like that it ruins the fan base.

None of the above.

On a side note, searching for screenshots for this game was an epic venture. Took nearly a half an hour to get one big enough to use.... and even that was less than 320x240.
