I am wondering how come people are guessing WoW, that doesnt look like an mmorpg at all..
I would have said The Suffering (1 or 2) but the scenery looks too different.

It might be that, not sure.  My friend just brought over a demo with the game on it and all I saw was the heart rate thing, and he would always lose like a minute into the game.  Thanks though.

I think teh game is called Kuon or something. i remember reading a review of something that looked similar in a EGM from 2 years ago.
