Uh, sorry, I guess... I did read the rules, although I guess I did so a bit too fast. I knew beyond a shadow of a doubt that he identified the game correctly, but missed the sentence that states that the three hour rule doesn't apply when it hasn't been confirmed.

I know I used to love this game to death. It's not really that obscure, so I guess it's whoever responds first:

It was an awesome co-op game. My father and I used to play this game on a daily basis (we would occasionally cheat though, and use the level editor to surround enemy tanks with water tiles while surrounding the base with metal layers).

Although it's not Tank Wars.

Hint: The title does not contain the word "Tank"
