Actually it looks like a game that followed with one of my old computers. It had a fancy name, something like Cyberia or something (probably not that, but something of the like). However, I don't remember the colors being fucked up. I just remember the main character looking like that (kinda Duke Nukemish)

Actually, if you put Cyberia into google image search, that screenshot is the second pic that pops up, so I guess you're right.
