It's a pretty great Castlevania game for the TurboGrafx 16

Castlevania: Symphony of the Night.  I am guesing the Saturn version, since you could play as Maria (who that is, just her sprite from the opening sequence when she was a little girl), but I guess anyone with an action replay could swap out characters.

EDIT: Actually, Izekeal is probably right.  Taking a second look at it, it's not SotN, but it looks damn close.

It's the clock tower zone that makes it look like SotN as it is the same style of graphics and has most of the same monsters as SotN.  Also that is Maria but she was only a kid in Rondo of Blood, she's an adult in SotN and wears a different outfit.  God, I'm such a nerd.

Edit: Rondo of Blood, said by many sites, is considerd to be the "Holy Grail" of the Castlevania games.
