It's Rage of Mages. Not too cheap, not bad; it's just isn't WoW and Everquest or 3D for that matter. But story is really good, just simple gameplay. Think Warcraft 2 but an RPG. Google it and you'll see.

It's the Town Interface. See you got your purple mage to teach your hero(es) magic and the brawny guy to teach weaponary skills. There's the fat green lady who brings you to the tavern to get jobs and a bit more to the right is the guy who sells everything. Town gate at the background is to leave for quest(s) and also other stuff on the screen I won't spoil too much for you.
