Yeah, I'm looking forward to a new Royksopp album. I doubt that it would be able to top Melody A.M. though, that was excellent stuff.

and also rave doesn't doing something for no reason other than because NO ONE ELSE IS DOING IT and you just love being original that much strike you as being just as mindless and shallow as doing something just because everyone else is doing it? especially when the other people actually do it because it MAKES SENSE and not because it's what everyone else is doing? honestly man you're like 20 aren't you? that is sort of WELL BEYOND the age where senseless and childish rebellion against shit, especially PERFECTLY ACCEPTABLE shit (heh post only when you have something to say??? BULLSHItg) just because everyone else does it is still anything resembling cute.

You completely underestimate my perception of reality if you REALLY, REALLY think I work the way I do just because NO ONE ELSE IS DOING IT, AKA JUST TO BE DIFERENT.

it is just that is not the FIRST TIME you have mentioned doing the opposite of what everyone around you is doing and in fact you seem sort of stuck on it so coming from you, it's pretty unexpected that anything relating to that would be anything but completely sincere.

No one knows who she is other than 1 Thing, but I'm looking forward to Amerie's forth album. She was just signed to a new label though, so her stuff won't come out until like next year, probably.

I am gonna follow steel's advice and give some genuine information - Metallica's new album has a name: Death Magnetic. From what the band and a lot of other people associated with it are saying, it certainly is more of a return to their old style.

Amon Tobin will be sporadically releasing new tunes over the next six months but you are going to have to pay for them individually if you want them. (WHY?) I guess at the end this will make up some kind of album, he also invited amateur musicians to submit to him their own work and he will be choosing some of it to feature on a compilation album with him. (I am too scared to do this.)

OH and he is doing a digital release of Taxidermia, hooray amon tobin.

I also heard Aesop Rock is releasing a new album in August called "None Shall Pass." I haven't bothered to confirm this but it is rumour I guess.
