These are cool names that I'd recommend if I had any say over what to name a child, I know you've already chosen one but I'd just throw them out there to show that there are alternatives.

I really liked Humza too, we both looked at that one as well... Zaki we thought would be cute for a boy... but thats still one of 52 names we are narrowing down. And our parents also haven't had a chance to put their input on the boys name really... but out of all directions there were some good ones out there.


And yeah, my husband has a lot of input and both our families will too, since this is the first grandchild on both sides. (im the youngest child in my family, and he is #2 of 4)

I can see a baby being called ickle bitty Zaki but a grown man?

In an onomatopoeic way it SOUNDS like the kind of name that the annoying keep-the-kids-happy sidekick character in a disney film.

Oh thank you for that harsh criticism. My age does not mean that I am not intelligent nor does it mean I cannot make good quality decisions.

Also, people get married at all ages, who the fuck cares if I decided to marry younger.

20 isn't exactly young to be married/with kid anyways. Most people here's mothers were probably pregnant around that age.

conversely though most parents dont ask an internet forum for their child's name.

Gaia online would be a great place to ask for names though. The suggestions would be all like

20 is old for where I live, pramland central. It's a case of, if you can afford to support a child and you want to - why the hell not? Certainly help even out that population pyramid!

Just so you know, my first kid will be a girl named Terra or a boy named Ryukaze.  Hopefully this wouldn't need discussion(Though I might think harder about "Ryukaze...).

You judge people pretty harshly. 20, married/kid is.. fine. It's early but it's fine. It's perfect if you have a stable life. If your life is already stable at that point then why not? You will only be able to see your kid grow more than if you had him/her at like, 35. You know, it's probably a fun thing to be around your children when they are adults and that you aren't really old. She's gonna be 40 and her kid is gonna be around his/her/whatever/idontcare 20s. Fun times, imo.

You are supposed to be as independent as possible. Having supportive family members is great, having financial help is good, but you're not independent and independence is a wise thing to have when forming a family.
I speak from my cousin's experience, she fucked and had a baby around 20 when she was starting academic studies. Briefly speaking, she fucked up, left college, depends on her parents (has help from bf too mind you), lives at her parents, now she must be 25 years old and I dunno what the fuck she'll do with her life.
She fucked up.
Vaginal Barrel fucked up.
I dunno if Chani's was accidental, but getting a kid at a very young age is fucking up, or at least a very NOT PRUDENT and UNWISE decision.
