I'm supposed to be getting a job with my church like a did last year as a camp counselour in the "Tech Arts" division of the summer camp. It was awesome because I got to help some good kids (9-12, which I think is a pretty nice age) learn how to take pictures, create slideshows, and use Photoshop. It was two weeks only, though, and more of a "salaried" position (I got paid $500 at the end of the camp), but it was worth it, because it didn't feel like work at all.

But they haven't called me back yet, and training is on Monday...

I would suggest childcare or waitering, except I've heard that they pay you below minimum wage when you do it and you have to collect the balance with your tips. Or something. Around here it's not too hard to find a job because there are like 5 theme parks that are pretty much always hiring. But seeing as I might have two weeks taken up by the camp thing, I don't want to commit myself to a full seasonal/part-time position.
