Batman is a super hero since he saves the day and has heroic qualities, and has "powers" above the normal ordinary man even though technically he is also considered a costume crime fighter because he actually doesn't have any super powers besides being rich out of his ass and having every conceivable object known to man in a tiny belt.
Just like James Bond.

In that case Batman isn't either! Capes and suits don't make superheroes.

Batman is a superhero, James Bond is not. The definition of superhero is debatable but what is known is Batman is a superhero, and James Bond is not. If you're convinced that Bond is a superhero than you're stupid.

I'm convinced Batman isn't.  He just exists in a superhero universe.

Batman is a superhero. Daredevil is a superhero. Captain America is a superhero.

Face it it's true.

Daredevil doesn't have powers. According to Stick in Frank Miller's run of Daredevil v1 the radiation only allowed Daredevil to unlock potential that was already there.

Yeah I don't know why I mentioned Captain America, fuk dat.

I think Hush would be a great villain, he's lesser known but would fit well in the realistic world.

what

can't he SENSE VIBRATIONS or whatever?  that's definitely a power, regardless of whether it came from radiation or... was already there.

Although Daredevil is blind, the exposure to chemical radiation that rid him of his sight have enhanced his four remaning senses to function with high levels of superhuman accuracy and sensitivity, giving him abilities far beyond the limits of a sighted person.

Daredevil's sense of hearing allows him to detect sounds ordinary humans can't, such as detecting the steady rhythm of a person's normal heartbeat several feet away, and sounds that normal humans can hear but at much greater distances. His hearing can detect the subtle changes in a person's respiration and heartbeat during a lie, which serves as a type of lie detector. A drawback to such enhanced hearing is his sensitivity to loud noises, which can be detrimental at times. Daredevil's perception of echoes and vibrations allow him to detect objects and people, whether they are in front of or behind him. He refers to this ability as his "radar sense".

Daredevil's sense of touch is sensitive enough to feel the impressions of ink on paper, enabling him to read by touch. He can detect miniscule changes in pressure and temperature. This sensitivity to heat allows him to sense the temperature of other beings or objects, which he often uses to determine whether a person is alive or dead.

His sense of smell is sufficiently enhanced to distinguish an individual by his or her natural scent. He can use this sense of smell to track someone over great distances or through large crowds with a high degree of success. His sense of taste is similarly enhanced, allowing him to minutely detect the every ingredient of whatever he consumes. For instance, he can detect the number of grains of salt present on a pretzel.

I call batman movies "Hero Movies" and Batman "Hero". SUPERhero is what I call dudes who have, you know, superpowers?

No powers? Hero. Super powers? Superhero.

But thats just me...

MacGyver is a superhero too.

Seriously what the fuck does it matter?

Also if they say they dont wanna use villains that have already been on film and no otherworldy ones then I can't think anyone else besides Black Mask and Zsasz.

I don't class this movie as a comic book movie, its on another level! This movie exceeded my expectations, and I had a lot of expectations for this  film too.

Watched it both at theatres and IMAX. The shots done on IMAX cam is absolutely amazing.

Batman is a super hero because Psyburn said he is and Psyburn is never wrong about these things. No one can possibly argue about it with Psyburn because he is always right okay.

Batman is a super hero because he works as a vigilante in the name of justice. James Bond works for the government to eliminate threats that becomes questionably good/evil.

Batman wears stuff that makes his nipples exposed.

James Bond has no nipples.

Batman can fly around without vehicles.

James Bond can fly in a helicopter.

Batman has a database on everyone in his universe and can prep for them all because he can fit the equivalent of 6 trillion couches in his utility belt for no apparent logical reason.

James Bond has a database of all the hot women at the place he is going and plans how he is going to score with each of them.

Obviously Batman is a super hero, okay.

I'm psyched I get to see this movie this Sunday. I can't wait.

I doubt there will be another one, but anyway -

"When the very first details about The Dark Knight were released, they alleged that Roman Sionis/Black Mask was to be one of the antagonists of the film.[citation ][/citation] He was described as an industrial heir who loses his company to Bruce Wayne and adopts the Black Mask persona for revenge. By the time Jonathan Nolan wrote the final draft, he was cut."

Black Mask would fit pretty well, he is much like Wayne in which he is a heir to a company and at one point he fucks up and he searches for himself but in the end, he goes to the otherside, he creates the False Face Society in which he and a few others done masks to conceal identity and commit large scale crimes and drug trafficking.

Any else notice Zsasz in Begins? He's still loose.
