After watching the trailer I have to say that I am raging at the fact that they brought back those stupid disappearing blocks.  I remember how long it took me to get past those things so many years ago.

I'm guessing the price on XBL will be around 500-800 points. Can't possibly charge 1200 for a game like this no matter how new it is. Anyway, these news make me happy and I'm definitely getting this.

It's not Wii exclusive. I mean, the Megaman 9 trailer has Xbox 360 - Live Arcade and PS3 - PSN logos along with Wii - WiiWare logos

Mega Man 9 was priced in Japan at 1000 Wii Points ($10 US), I'd expect the other versions to have similar costs. 
Also, there's going to be additional downloadable content available (for a fee, of course).

I guess MM9 is a throwback to the old days. So much of a throwback that it's recreating exact screens.

Despite the initial impression people might get from this, for a game like this.... it actually takes more effort to copy something than to be completely original imo.

aren't most CV characters the same archetype anyways? also alucard looks like sephiroth.

I can basically guarantee that that wii rpg will be a piece of shit if the luminous arc guys are working on it.

I'm not that into Megaman so I don't care much about that but it looks like a pretty huge copout.

and riz zowad just looks strange, which I guess is a good thing because it at least looks somewhat interesting. I can't help but get the feeling it will suck though.
