To be fair, I only made my lego ones as a joke and to fulfill UPRC's wish. Doople's lego one is awesome though, so I'm using it at the moment.

It's nothing against you personally, and your vector graphic for the logo was ridiculously great (hence me stealing it in cold blood) but it's just the pips are too big and blocky? Plus they just look like something out of a photoshop lesson about making the perfect circle (something I did a little too much recently in class). I just prefer others, like GR's, dopples and whoever else I liked on the second page. But then I don't know, just my opinion.

Yeah, and that's fine... I'm not 100% okay with my pips yet either so I'm going to tweak them and probably animate them all (but better than I did the jesus pip, that was only me monkeying around). It's unfortunate that only Opera and Firefox support animated PNG but I'm sure IE8 and the next version of Safari will too so might as well plan for the future.

Agreed, they're not bad. Maybe if the saturation was toned down a bit it wouldn't look so cartoony?

I am pretty much supporting the no-pips and no-post counts. What little middleground i had was pretty much lost when i saw the options for pips. I don't mean to diss the creators but the pips - the idea itself - was a pretty gay from the beginning with.
 
I see no problem with losing the post count in the topics since you can see it from the profile.
Some benefits comes with this as the possibility to use it as for any status reasons is reduced( "also really who are you ramici" ~the truth '08 (sorry pals the urge was too big...)), not to mention that the focus should be in the substance of posts and not in the amount of posts.
Exaggarating, it's just a catch for teens to post more.
I expect that i do not need to remind you about the thing with one of the unnamed ex-admins increasing post count in the abandoned part of the forums. (well i did anyways)

Better off with no lures. Besides, the forum looks much more appropriate like this.

Actually dopple's are really growing on me! Simple pips are fine but these are great too.

I believe, while the pips are unnecessary, the post count is definitely useful to see how active a member has been. It's not like it's doing any harm where it is, and I actually tend to loosely identify members with their post count (but only the members who change their name often). I used to be concerned about my post count way back when I joined but as I matured I stopped caring about it. It is still nice to have.
