There is nothing attractive about the kenyan woman I posted, she looks very similar to an elderly black man. There is nothing feminine there at all. Hard flat chest and fuzzy short hair yay.

That being said I do understand the beauty that Headphonics was talking about, I have seen attractive eithiopians or whatever but I couldn't find any good pictures. Alot of the ones I see around town are kinda.... scary to me, not really in a racist way just in a completely foreign way. Like I know next to nothing about the culture etc.

This chick is not hot man, and the bottom 2 look a bit trashy. The first one is definitely though.

hey afura i agree that the two women on the right are pretty dang unattractive. yeah i'm not really attracted to them at all, but the two on the left look like they could very easily be good looking if they were huffin' and puffin' through a relay race. also take a look at those whiteys in the background - yikes!! your comparison is a pro shot of kelly rowland too? how's a bunch of sweaty sprinters supposed to compete?!

anyway as far as this whole colourism thing goes i think it is definitely true and it's probably a combination of white people being afraid of black people and that bleeding over into even black people's perception of darker black people. it is really sad to think about because i can absolutely see people getting turned down for jobs etc cos they are a shade too dark.

looks wise, well i don't see that the darker skinned you are the less attractive you are. being a gross man, i sometimes watch porn, and the few really dark women i have seen have been, uh, extremely good looking. i think this perception that lighter skinned black women are more attractive is something that is brought about through the process of promoting the lighter skinned ones - it kind of feeds into itself? i mean the only pictures of really dark skinned people you see in the media tend to be those of starving people out in villages or victims of something, or maybe atheletes who aren't really worried about how they look - not models and popstars. so your perception is gonna be a bit skewed.

Well obviously I'm not deadly serious but as many people have agreed she isn't particularly attractive or feminine, I guess I like girls to have some curve to them.
I never said they were automatic qualifiers, these things are just merely factors in her manliness. I never said anything about NOTHUGETITS LOL, just as she is clearly pretty muscular its safe to assume her whole body would be pretty toned including her chest which often happens with women who work out ALOT. In terms of race...since I'm old enough to know better I really don't stereotype people before I meet them. I mean, when I was younger, I used to all the time, but after actually going out and interacting with different people...I just don't judge anymore.

Interestingly i've never seen a really dark african in any T.V. porn series that I have ever watched, i've only seen them on the internet, porn mags, and recomended videos of said porn mags.

As a historian sometimes I consider the Herodotean argument that environmental factors which encourace cultural differentiation also encourage behaviour differentiation which leads different races to have different temperaments ie Eskimos are slow to anger and love kids, Greeks are tough cookies. Is that racism?

I agree with headphonics that FOREIGN/DIFFERENT doesn't mean bad or unattractive, that's kinda primitive imo. But psychological studies have shown that IN GENERAL people prefer mates that are similar to them/don't have extreme features, even though I find that kinda weird. there are also a lot of people who are sexually frustrated in one way or another so maybe that could contribute too. I'm not really like you guys, while I'm definitely not very attracted to every woman I don't really have any discernable boundaries like you do. so far I think the only linking trait between them has been WOMAN

Maybe its a deep physiological thing. I have found chicks of all races to be attractive at some stage though. Also I have recently begun finding black/latino chicks in porn to be the hotter ones.
