Blargghhh, ok here is the deal. I imported Rock Band from Europe because it's probably not going to come out here (Australia), and now I want to get my hands on some of that delicious Downloadable Content. I made myself an American account, and got hooked up all fine and downloaded Still Alive and that other one that's free. Went and checked them in my PAL Rock Band and they worked just fine. Nooooow, I wanna get some more stuff on there that ISN'T free, and I have come across a slight problem.

When entering my credit card details, I cannot list where I actually live (Perth, Australia)! All the rest of the details are fine, and soooooo I was wondering if I just put something fake in there (I think I put in my US account that I'm from California?), is it still going to work? I think this may be something like a CRIMINAL OFFENSE but I am not sure, so I'm hoping some of you dudes will know. Basically, if I fake to XBL about where I live when entering my credit card details, am I:

a) going to get in trouble with the fuzz?
b) going to be able to get DLC?

I'm pretty sure you have to put your actual location for billing purposes.

One time I accidentally put my shipping location as my billing location and it wouldn't process because it was the wrong address.

why not buy the cards with XBL points???

Yeah Miles, that was going to be my main way of doing it, it's just that doing it via credit card is soooooo much easier and quicker and shit.
