Me and my mate had a good, long play at this a few days ago. We managed to get the whole world apart from Australia/New Zealand/Madagascar. I think the trick is just to go really slow in terms of actual deaths.

I screwed up one day with Madagascar and Brazil. That was sad.

EDIT: Playing right now, and EVERYBODY'S INFECTED. Sadly, nobody's dead yet, but I'm working on that. The disease's name is NARUTO HENTAI

Parasite is slow, but if you remove the initial simptom, add resistances and spread ways, you ussualy spread everywhere before they start closing stuff. That's how I got them all. But still, how the hell you detect a simptomless disease?

I've experienced starting with a lvl 4 sympton

edit: people play realistic mode right?

I just managed to get EVERY SINGLE CITIZEN IN EVERY COUNTRY infected (before vaccine) with 0 deaths, and then I started adding lethal symptons and got like a couple of hundred milions after 1 second and then I was gonna add something else and randomly clicked the banner under the game screen.

My brother just played and he couldn't get Japan, Cuba, Argentina and Madagascar infected but he got all the other countries forsaken.

Since Madagascar has only one way of being infected (ships), it's kinda tricky. Sometimes I'm lucky and it is shiped there, sometimes everybody panics and close down (once again, how do you know that there is a disease, if there are no simptoms whatsoever?).

Madagascar is lame!!!

I have every region infected BUT Madagascar right now. My bacteria has NO visibility and has infected billions. It is a virus that does NOTHING and CANNOT BE SEEN. But guess what those fuckers did.. ?

They just "closed there borders to prevent infection."

Finished the game on second try with a parasite that started in Brazil. Managed to infect Madagaskar just a few seconds before they closed their shipyards.

I usually don't play flash games(because almost all of them are shit), but this one is actually pretty decent.

the sound quality was great and the concept is engaging. I played it on realistic mode, I infected/killed everyplace but... yep you guessed it, Madagascar. fuckers...

I once started out as Madagascar and THEN clicked the banner.

But yeah, I basically did absolutely nothing except for transferability and resistance and then I waited. Everyone got infected, 0 deaths. Then, I added ONE deadly sympton, and BAM! In one second, more than 1/3th of the population was dead. Then it took a while.

Anyway this is my first game, I decided to reduce visibility to 0 by selling everything and just boosting resistances, I can then use some points later to buy some tier 3 shit when everything is infected. Thing is I'm kind of closed out now, I've taken everything aside from a select few countries that are locked down. Maybe this is not the best way to play.

A tool is a tool regardless. I mean if you suck, you suck, and not even the most perfect tool could save you. And if your damn good then even with the worst tool ever conceived you could chug out some high quality shit.
