well i mean

it looks like it's printed on 9x15 printer paper, and they called paris hilton a no-talented slag which is kind of blunt for a regular newspaper, and i'm also unsure as to whether you can even be arrested for plagiarism, so!

Anyway, this has happened to many, many bands. People have been trying to sue bands for "plagarizing" their music for a quick buck for a long time. This could be the case here. Another possibility is that it was subconscious plagarism, or in other words they think they're writing their own stuff but really they are playing a song that they heard before but forgot.
