Anyone see this yet? I've been looking forward to it. I might go sunday. Is it good / bad? This one review I read in the local paper said that it made unlikeable characters, really cool and likeable. (like Superbad)

Going to see it in just a few hours. I REALLY enjoyed Forgetting Sarah Marshall, so I've got high hopes.

I was wondering why nobody created a topic for this movie yet. Saw it at the midnight premiere and then again the next day (ex. gf and friend both wanted to see it with me) and it was a pretty damn good movie. One of Seth Rogen's better movies IMO. And James Franco plays an amazing pothead. Seriously. Hilarious movie.

It was so crazy at the midnight show though. Everybody there was like...16-24 or so and they were all high as hell. Good times.

James Franco was amazing. It was a fun movie. Nothing more, nothing less. Very fun. Couldn't help but be disappointed though.

I watched the movie with friends yesterday and it was pretty great! It did start off slow, and I seriously thought I had made a mistake wasting my p...precious mo...ney... but then the fight with Red happened and I loved every second of the movie from then on.

don't mind me, just postin' after a few brewskies

man his movies usually aren't bad or anything, but i wish they would maybe not make so many of them, and that they would be a little more diverse in their humor! i guess you could say the same about MEL BROOKS movies though so whatever. i might check it out tomorrow though if i feel like getting out!

yeah i just saw it, it was pretty good. i mean i LAUGHED at parts and i usually don't do that with most comedies, so that's something! i would agree about james franco's character being a pretty AFFABLE FELLOW.

i saw an interview on the daily show with seth rogen. i kind of liked this guy before, and i guess i still do, but he just came across and dumb and annoying. he was all "heh heh smoke pot and drop out of school." for ten minutes. it was boring and awkward. maybe he was just nervous or really high though so it's all right

and uh, it really doesn't have any bearing on me seeing this movie cos i'm still gonna so

This was pretty good, it had it's moments ("thug life") and it was fun, but all in all I enjoyed Forgetting Sarah Marshall more. That was seriously a great movie, in my opinion, and this was a little disappointing in it's completely pot-based story and characters and everything, but still it was fun and funny and entertaining enough to enjoy!

Well I knew it had a lot to do with it but it's basically all about pot. I didn't mean it like I was really surprised, I just hoped there'd be something more.
